The FIA caught a group of callers posing as representatives of fake banks. The FIA swung into action and nabbed a gang who pretended to be representatives of a fake bank to make calls and rob unsuspecting people. According to FIA officials, the accused Muhammad Owais and Waqos Ashraf have been arrested from Islamabad, both of whom are involved in financial fraud. The FIA said that in the initial investigation, the accused confessed to several incidents, but the arrest of the accused was made at the request of a citizen, from whose account the accused had transferred Rs 3.5 million.
