ISLAMABAD: It has been revealed that 1,600 Afghan citizens have obtained Pakistani visas with fake Swedish cards.
According to the report of ARY News, visas were issued to Afghan citizens from Pakistan’s mission in Sweden, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has started investigating this case.
Sources say that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has ordered to cancel Pakistani visas of Afghan citizens.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has instructed the embassy to immediately cancel the visas of Afghan citizens and not to issue visas to any Afghan citizen until further notice.

It is worth mentioning that a few days ago, FIA Immigration removed 2 Afghan citizens from their luggage during the operation at Peshawar airport.
The FIA said that when the immigration checked the two passengers, they were Afghans, and it is said that the passengers, Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Hamid Khan, are brothers.
FIA said that during interrogation, the passengers revealed that they arrived in Islamabad on November 30. NICOPS passengers obtained by counterfeiting.
Both the accused have been transferred to FIA’s Anti-Human Trafficking Unit for further action.
