An earthquake occurred on the border between Turkey and Syria.
Foreign media say that the strong earthquake was felt in the southern regions of Turkey at 8:04 local time, while these regions were already affected by the February 6 earthquake.
According to reports, the intensity of the earthquake in the border areas of Turkey and Syria was recorded at 6.4 degrees.
In viral footage on social media, buildings and street electricity poles in Turkey’s Hatay province can be seen.
The quake was also reportedly felt in Egypt and Lebanon, but no casualties were reported.
