Peshawar: Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir said that we as a nation will eradicate the scourge of terrorism.
According to ISPR, the army chief visited the Peshawar police station and met police officers and youths. The army chief appreciated the role of the police and law enforcement agencies of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa in the fight against terrorism.
General Asim Munir paid special respect to the martyrs of the police who sacrificed their lives for the defense of the motherland and said that we as a nation will unite together to eradicate terrorism and ensure lasting peace, God willing.
