K Electricity customers will get a big discount on their February bill.
According to a statement issued by Nepra, Nepra has approved a reduction of Rs 10 to 80 paisa per unit in the monthly fuel adjustment of K Electric for the month of December. K Electric had asked for a reduction of Rs 10 26 per unit.
According to Nepra, the authority has held a public hearing on FCA on January 31, 2023.
Earlier in November, FCA was charging customers Rs 7 43 per unit reduction which was only for 1 month.
FCA will charge Rs 3.37 less per unit for December than November, it will be applicable for 1 month only, for life line customers, household customers up to 300 units, agriculture customers and electric vehicles, says Nepra. stations.
