A flight carrying 138 passengers to Delhi was canceled due to a technical problem during the “back-up” process. Official sources at the airport said that the Air India plane had experienced a technical fault while it was returning to Delhi.

The flight was then canceled at 15:50 and all 138 passengers and crew were disembarked. Alternative arrangements were being made to send them to Delhi. Pushback is a planned process by which an aircraft is brought to its destination at an airport.

Meanwhile, it is reported that IndiGo Airlines will start flying wide-body Boeing 777 aircraft on the Delhi-Istanbul route from Wednesday. Officials of the company informed about this on Tuesday. Gurugram-headquartered IndiGo has been operating only narrow economy class aircraft for over 16 years. Now, for the first time, a pair of wide-format ships will be included in its fleet.
