Weather Alert: Temperatures are rising rapidly in many states including the national capital. The maximum temperature in Gujarat has already touched 40 degrees. In this case, the intensity of heat is felt in the month of February itself. The Meteorological Department has informed that heat wave will be observed in Konkan and Kutch region of Gujarat for the next two days. The temperature may rise to 40 degrees in the next two days. Heat wave warning has been issued in Surendranagar, Rajkot and some other places. If we look at the temperature data of the last 11 years, the maximum temperature in February 2015 was 37.8 degrees Celsius.
