In the case of the fight and dispute between the lawyers and the parties in the court premises in the past, Kent Police had announced an indefinite strike under the banner of the Advocates Association, demanding the end of the case against advocate Pradeep Bhartiya. The meeting was held at the Bar Association office.
After which a memorandum was also submitted by the Advocates’ Association to SP Suraj Kumar Verma demanding the end of the case and in the episode of the indefinite strike, lawyers under the banner of the District Attorney’s Association have started a sit-in demonstration in the court premises from Thursday. Every day 11-11 members of the Advocates Association will sit on the dharna and register their protest.
Giving information, advocate Shadab Khan said that Pradeep Indian advocate was assaulted by his own party in the court premises in the past, while in the said case, the police registered a case against advocate Pradeep Bhartiya without any investigation. Due to which the advocate is on an indefinite strike and this strike will continue till the end of the trial against the lawyers is not done by the police.
