The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) launched the country’s first private Vikram-S rocket from Sriharikota. This rocket is made by Skyroot Aerospace. It is named after Vikram Sarabhai, a prominent Indian scientist. Union Minister Jitendra Singh was also present at its inauguration. Named ‘Parrambha’, Skyroute Aerospace’s first mission will carry three payloads. According to ANI, Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh said that this is indeed a new beginning, a new dawn and a new initiative in the journey of India’s space programme. This is a turning point for India to develop its muscle and a turning point in the Indian startup movement.
