Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif addresses the Azad Kashmir Assembly on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day. On all the roads connecting Kashmir and Pakistan, human handcuffs are observed to show the commitment of support to Kashmiris and a minute’s silence is sounded by sirens.
The message of the military leadership
The military leadership has paid tribute to the Kashmiri brothers on the occasion of the Solidarity Day of Kashmir. In the special message of the chairman of the committee of the joint chiefs of staff, the chiefs of the armed forces said that the determination of Kashmiris cannot be suppressed. .
According to DG ISPR, the special message said that Kashmiris should get the right of self-determination as per UN resolutions.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that if India thinks that it can suppress the iron determination of the people of Kashmir, it is a mistake, which is one of the unresolved problems.
They say that India has oppressed the people of Jammu and Kashmir, the situation in Occupied Kashmir has turned worst since India’s illegal actions on August 5, 2019.
He says that India’s illegal and unilateral actions have been completely rejected by Pakistan and Kashmiris. Whatever happens, the nation of Pakistan stands side by side with its Kashmiri brothers and sisters.
Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto’s message
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said in his message on Kashmir Solidarity Day that as long as Kashmiris are victims of Indian atrocities, Pakistan will never sit with China and the Jammu and Kashmir conflict will remain the main pillar of Pakistan’s foreign policy.
He said that we will continue to provide unending moral, diplomatic and political support to the people of Kashmir until Kashmiris get their right to self-determination as per United Nations Security Council resolutions.
