ISLAMABAD (Daily Pakistan Online) Federal Minister of Oil Khurram Dastgar says that the new advisers appointed by the Prime Minister will not receive salary or other benefits.
Speaking on the “Dawn News” program, Khurram Dastgir said that the members of the new cabinet are not a burden on the national treasury, because these people do not get any concessions. He said that the Cabinet of Ministers has not considered any proposal to delay the elections, as it is expected that the elections will be held on time.
It is worth mentioning that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif added 5 special assistants to the federal cabinet, after which the number of special assistants reached 38 people. All new Special Assistants will have the same rank as Minister of State, the new Special Assistants will not be given any portfolio.
