Karachi: Lahore Qalandars defeated Quetta Gladiators by 63 runs in match 10 of round 8 of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
In the encounter held in Karachi, Quetta won and decided to field first. In the first match, Lahore Qalandars set a target of 199 runs against Quetta Gladiators to win.
For Lahore Qalandars Shai Hope scored 47 runs, Sikandar Raza 32 runs and Mirza Tahir Baig 31 runs. Quetta Gladiators Kais Ahmed and Odin Smith scored 2 and 2 respectively.
In reply, Quetta Gladiators scored 135 runs for 8 runs at the allotted score.
Shaheen Afridi and David Wiese sent off 3 and 3 players for Lahore Qalandars.
It should be noted that so far in PSL 8, Quetta have played 4 matches out of which they have won 1 and lost 3, while Qalandars have played 3 matches out of which they have won 2 and lost 1.
