MUMBAI: Central Railway is promoting local products at stations under the One Station One Product Scheme. So far 50 stations have been included in this. At these stations i.e. ‘One Station One Product’ has been introduced at each station. Under Atmanirbhar Bharat, railway stations will be made promotion and sales centers for local products. This will encourage local products. This includes 14 stations in Mumbai.
Stalls work started
The construction of these stalls has started. A specially appointed team of Central Railway for this scheme is meeting and coordinating with elected representatives, district officials, NGOs, Khadi village industry, handloom industry, vendors and other stakeholders to promote ‘One Station One Product Scheme’ through publicity media and social media for its effective and successful implementation. Emphasis is placed on wide publicity.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Paral, Dadar, Shiv, Kurla, Ghatkopar, Mulund, Nahur, Thane, Kalyan, Karjat, Lonavala, Igatpuri and Chembur
Total sales of 35,559 items
One Station One Product helped in total sales of 35,559 items in the fourth season of the seventh phase of the scheme.
Bhusawal : Nashik Road, Manmad, Jalgaon, Bhusawal, Shegaon, Akola, Badnera, Amravati, Khandwa and Burhanpur
Nagpur: Nagpur, Ajni, Wardha, Dhamangaon, Amla, Baitul, Chandrapur, Balharshah and Hirdagarh
Solapur : Solapur, Kalburgi, Kurduwadi, Latur, Pandharpur, Daund, Ahmednagar, Kopargaon and Sainagar Shirdi
Pune: Pune, Shivaji Nagar, Pimpri, Kolhapur, Miraj, Hatkanangle, Sangli and Satara
