According to 24NewsHD TV channel, despite the change in the government, security could not be withdrawn from former Prime Minister Imran Khan and former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.
According to police sources, about 600 policemen have been deployed in Zaman Park for the security of former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Similarly, more than 120 Lahore Police personnel are stationed at the residence of former Punjab Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi.
Even the official police vehicles were not taken from them.
It should be noted here that police security was withdrawn from Usman Buzdar shortly after he was sacked as the Chief Minister of Punjab.
