ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) Pakistan and Afghanistan have signed a double taxation avoidance convention.
The third round of negotiations between the delegations of Pakistan and Afghanistan took place at the Federal Department of Revenue, the negotiations between the two delegations were held in a friendly atmosphere, after a detailed discussion on the consensus draft, the heads of both delegations signed the consensus draft.
FBI Chairman Asim Ahmed said that the Afghan delegation was welcomed in Pakistan and this convention will further strengthen the economic relations between the two brotherly countries.
The Afghan delegation was led by Revenue Legal Services Director Nida Muhammad Siddiqui, from Pakistan by Director General of International Tax Operations, FBR Director General Sajidullah Siddiqui.
