Nikolai Shulgenov, Minister of Energy of Russia, said that it has been decided to reach an agreement on the delivery of crude oil and petroleum products to Pakistan.

According to the Minister of Energy of Russia, the contract for the delivery of crude oil and petroleum products with Pakistan will be completed by the end of March.

He said that the details of transportation, insurance and volume of crude oil and petroleum products will be determined in the agreement.

The Minister of Energy of Russia said that currently Russia has LNG delivery contracts, Pakistan should contact Russian companies for LNG by the end of 2023, Russia also has a small capacity of LNG in the spot market. .

It is worth mentioning that the 8th session of the Pakistan-Russia Intergovernmental Commission was held in Islamabad, where agreements related to cooperation in various sectors were signed.

In this regard, it has been decided that Russia will export crude oil to Pakistan by the end of March.
