Peshawar: Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif visited Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar, visited the injured in the police line blast and sympathized with them.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif arrived in Peshawar today on an emergency visit. Prime Minister General Syed Asim Munir welcomed the Prime Minister. Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb were also present.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was informed by the commander of the Peshawar Corps about the factors and motives of terrorism, and the Inspector General of Police of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa presented a preliminary report on the suicide attack on the police line. The prime minister was also shown video footage of the suicide attack on the police line. The participants sang the Fatiha song for those killed in the attack on the police line, expressed their condolences to the injured families and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
In this regard, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that terrorists are trying to create an atmosphere of fear by attacking the institutions responsible for the defense of Pakistan, which are hindered by the strength of the unity of the state and the people. Pakistan has made great sacrifices against terrorism, we will not let the martyrs’ sacrifices go in vain.
The prime minister said that the capacity and effectiveness of anti-terrorist institutions and the police will increase, and the implementation of the national action plan will be ensured with full force and comprehensiveness.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister said that those who shed the blood of worshipers in the House of Allah cannot be Muslims. Those who commit these crimes cannot escape from the hands of Almighty Allah.
The Prime Minister also directed to provide the best medical facilities for the injured. The prime minister continued to say that attacking mosques and innocent people during prayers is the worst act in the name of Islam. The people of Pakistan have recognized the true face of the baseless ideology of extremists and elements who misinterpret religion. Such cowardly attacks cannot weaken our national resolve against terrorism. The evil elements involved in this attack on innocent citizens and their facilitators will be brought to justice.
