Islamabad: Due to rain in most parts of the federal capital of Islamabad, faults have occurred in more than 40 feeders that supply electricity, causing breakdowns.

Among the affected feeders, power supply has been disrupted at Lohi Bhir, Fateh Jang, Paswal Dhok Khasuchakra, Zia Masjid, Asgarmal, Eidgah, Masrial Road and Siam Sirsid Road, according to ISCO regional spokesperson.
According to an ISCO spokesperson, operational teams are in the field to address the deficiencies. He instructed the consumers to keep proper distance from electrical installations during rains.
