Rawalpindi: The young man shot and injured the bride during the wedding ceremony.
A tragic incident took place near Committee Chowk area of Warish Khan police station, firing in the wedding hall created a crowd, the police arrested the accused along with the weapons.
According to officials, the bride was sitting on the wedding stage of the Royal Palace near Committee Chowk, when suddenly an armed person entered the hall and opened fire at the bride, as a result of which the bride was injured by a bullet in her hand. .
The accused tried to escape from the hall where bystanders and policemen who were passing by caught him at gunpoint.
According to the police, the accused named Owais is 23 years old, has matriculation education and works as a salesman in a tailor shop, the accused loved the girl and wanted to marry her himself.
CPO Rawalpindi Shahzad Nadeem Bukhari took serious notice of the incident and directed to produce the accused with all the evidence, the accused will be punished by the court.
