Karachi: The Sindh Health Department has released a preliminary report on 18 people who died of a mysterious disease in Karachi’s Kamiyadi district.
According to Express News, there were 18 deaths in Muhammad Ali Goti Kemari after which a team of Health Department and DHO Kemari visited the area.
According to the preliminary investigation report, these deaths occurred within 16 days, among the dead were people of different ages, including children, and the symptoms of death of the deceased were fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing for five to seven days.
However, according to the investigation report, none of the bodies were found to have any traces, which means that the dead children and others did not have measles.
According to preliminary investigations, these deaths are due to lung infections after the chemicals are added to the atmosphere.
