Rawalpindi: The appeal in the case of assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto has been decided after 5 and a half years. The Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court constituted a special bench comprising Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan and Justice Mirza Waqos Raf. On Thursday, February 9, the special commission will consider 8 complaints related to this case. Notices were sent to Asif Zardari, all five accused, late General Pervez Musharraf and convicted police officers. It is likely that after the death of Parviz Musharraf, the complaint against him will be rejected. Parviz Musharraf is accused in this case and his permanent arrest sentence is pending. The three accused in the case are Aitzaz, Sher Zaman and Hasnain who will appear themselves, while one accused Abdul Rasheed is still imprisoned in Adiala jail and the fifth accused Rafaqat is missing.
