The court rejected the prosecutor’s request to issue a warrant for the arrest of PTI chairman Imran Khan.

Additional Sessions Judge Zeba Chaudhry’s threat case against Chairman Imran Khan was heard, but again Imran Khan did not appear in court.

Naeem Panjota, Imran Khan’s lawyer presented Imran Khan’s medical report in the court on February 8 and it is believed that Imran Khan cannot climb the stairs, the doctors advised him to rest and requested the court to exempt my client from release attendance.

Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi protested that the Shavkat Khanum cancer hospital, while Imran Khan has a separate problem, does not appear in court with the medical report of his own hospital. If they want to appear, the court must revoke their bail and issue arrest warrants.

Mujahid Rahim, the senior civil affairs judge, after hearing the arguments of the defense lawyers, released Imran Khan from attendance for one day due to health reasons and adjourned the hearing of the case till March 9.
