Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that Pakistan will continue to send aid to earthquake victims in Turkey. Pakistan stands with Turkey in this difficult hour.
During his visit to Turkey from Ankara, Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif arrived in the earthquake-affected area of Adiaman, where he met with the victims of the earthquake and also expressed his condolences on the death of the relatives of the victims.
In this meeting, the Prime Minister assured that Pakistan will provide full assistance to the victims of the earthquake in Turkey.
Shahbaz Sharif said that Pakistanis are your brothers and sisters. You are never alone in this challenge. The people of Pakistan stand with their Turkish brothers and sisters.
The prime minister said that the whole world has been requested to help the victims of the earthquake in Turkey.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister also met with the rescue teams of Pakistan in Adiyaman and appreciated the rescue operation of the Pakistani army and the rescue team of 1122 people.
Shahbaz Sharif said that Pakistan will send tents and blankets to Turkey to protect them from the cold.
According to him, Pakistan has so far sent 500 tons of goods to Turkey. Pakistan will continue to help the victims of the earthquake in Turkey as much as possible.
The Prime Minister further said that after returning to Pakistan, he will meet with the manufacturers of tents for protection against the cold in Pakistan.
The Prime Minister also met Pakistani rescue teams in Adiyaman.

In an interview with Turkish TV, the prime minister said that the earthquake in Turkey was the worst earthquake in history, but the Turkish nation is very brave and great.
He said that I appeal to the international community, the OIC, the United Nations and organizations that work for human rights to fulfill their role in helping the people of Turkey.
Later, earthquake victims in Adiyaman thanked the Prime Minister for Pakistan’s help.
It should be said that more than 42 thousand people were killed in the terrible earthquake in Turkey and Syria, while the United Nations expressed concern about the death of more than 50 thousand people in this earthquake.
