Multan: Judicial Magistrate Marzia Ali dismissed the dispute case at the Election Commission office and ordered the release of all PML-N and PTI leaders.

Earlier, the police presented 11 suspects, including Malik Amir Dogar, from Tehreek-e-Insaf, Mian Javid, Sheikh Tariq Rashid, from Muslim League, Malik Anwar Ali in the anti-terrorist court.

The police forcefully labeled it as terrorism. The position taken by the police was that the activists were throwing pots at each other and pointing weapons. Election commission officials were harassed. The accused should be given physical custody.

Judge Sadiq Masoud Sabir, after hearing the arguments of the parties’ lawyers, rejected the police claim, deleted the terrorism section from the case and ordered to present them in the prosecutor’s court. .

On behalf of both sides, Muslim League-N MP Bilal Butt presented evidence and took the stand that the leaders of both the parties said that no threat was given to them, while there was no evidence of weapons, so no one was injured. In this case, there is no medical treatment.

No servant threatened any officer, no party to the case objected to the acquittal. Leaders of Muslim League-N and Tehreek-i-Insaf hugged each other in both courts.
