Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan suspended 43 members of the Tehreek-e-Insaaf Party. Today, the election commission held a meeting on the resignation of PTI members, where it was decided to resign. The National Assembly Speaker accepted the resignation of 43 PTI members and forwarded them to the Election Commission, PTI requested the Election Commission not to issue notice. Apart from the known PTI members, only 2 people remained in the National Assembly. Until now, the resignations of 123 PTI members have been accepted, the resignations of two members have not been accepted due to the request for leave.
