Karachi: The Night of Ascension is celebrated throughout the country with devotion and religious respect.
The children of Islam, like every year, this year also celebrate the Ascension night with religious enthusiasm, special gatherings were organized in mosques to pay Nawafal and Durood and Salam celebrations.
Security measures are very strict on this occasion, while mosques are kept lit and classes are organized.

On the 27th night of the month of Rajab, Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) was given the honor of ascension and became Imam.
Then he was taken to meet God in Paradise, where the Holy Prophet (SAW) showed him Paradise and Hell. He (pbuh) also met with various prophets. The greatest gift of Miraj-ul-Nabi (r.a.) to the Muslim community is prayer.
