The accused in the Kripal murder case were presented in the court.
The main accused in the Kripal murder case in Bharatpur were presented in the court today. After the murder of the gangster outside the court in Nagaur, the police appeared fully prepared. From morning itself, the police kept an eye on the way from Mathura Gate police station to the court.
The police did not present all the accused together in the court and were presented one by one. At present, the police have sent the five accused to jail till October 1. On September 11, the main accused in the Kripal murder case were arrested from Kuldeep resident Jagina, Vishvendra resident Shastri Nagar police station Mathura Gate, Rahul resident Jagina, Vijaypal resident Uvar, Prabhav resident Jagina from Kolhapur in Maharashtra.
The police took out a procession of the accused from Mathura Gate police station to the court and presented them in the court and took them on remand till 16th. The accused were again produced in the court on 16 September. The police again applied for a remand of 5 days. Approving the application, the court again sent the five accused on remand till September 20.
After questioning, the police have seized Creta car and 5 weapons used for murder from the accused, along with some cartridges, 20 lakh rupees and land papers have also been recovered.
Before the arrest of the five main accused, the police had arrested Kuldeep’s father Jagina, a resident of Kunwar Jeet, on 6 September. On September 7, Harpal resident Uwar and Mauna resident Saithra were arrested. The three accused have already been sent to Saver Jail.
