Lahore: President Dr. Arif Alvi asked the governor of Punjab Baligur Rahman to give the date of the provincial assembly elections.
During his visit to Lahore, President Dr. Arif, in a meeting with Baligur Rahman, said that giving the date for Punjab Assembly elections is a constitutional requirement. In addition, the issue of the general election of the Punjab Assembly was discussed in the meeting.
