Amaravati: TDP leader Yanamal Ramakrishnudu demanded that a privilege notice be given to Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy who lied to the Assembly. Speaking to the media on Thursday, he said that unilateral management of the House is a great danger to democracy. Attempts to subvert democracy and establish dictatorship are evil. He said that there is no permanent president in a democracy. He criticized that the government (AP Government) is acting to tarnish the prestige and honor of the legislatures. He said that Rs. 26,839 crores were paid only with government orders without following the treasury rules… Finance department has no details regarding Rs.9,124 crores. He questioned why there was a need to release Rs.8,891 crores secretly without releasing even the lives. The TDP Leader denied that any power was working behind not giving any information to the Principal Accountant General.
He said that the CAG has made it clear that the lowest growth rate has been recorded in 20-21 compared to the last five years. Jagan Reddy (AP CM), who claims to have brought the secretariat system, has no right to talk about local organizations. It is alleged that Rs.854 crores of 14th fiscal union funds related to panchayats have been looted. He criticized the state for not giving its share to central schemes. He said that nearly 2 lakh pregnant women in the state have lost Rs.5 thousand given under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vikasa Yojana. Yanamala Ramakrishna (Former minister) asked if this is the improvement you have achieved.
